We played at Mayo St. Arts. It is an old church turned into an art space, with a performance space upstairs and artist studios downstairs. The performance space is beautiful and full of art.
We got to experience the brilliance of Dan Knudsen, who opened for us and the Jeff Platz Percussion String Trio featuring Junko Simons.
Dan is the best thing ever, I’m so glad I got to play with him.
Jeff Platz, Junko and co. played post-free-jazz improvised music. They were really good.
